The Ad Operations Coordinator role at FiveFifty sits at our headquarters in Denver’s vibrant RiNo neighborhood, conveniently located near the downtown/LoDo area.

Successful candidates seeking this role will have an aptitude for technology and experience handling detailed, data-driven projects with accuracy. We’re looking for someone who can adapt with the ever-changing landscape of digital media and can remain focused under pressure. They will embrace opportunities to solve technical problems and independently research unfamiliar topics. As part of the Traffic Team at FiveFifty, the Ad Operations Coordinator will be expected to deliver precise and detailed work in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and report directly to the Senior Campaign Manager
  • Manage creative asset organization and flighting / traffic instruction internally
  • Assist with campaign budget pacing / flighting / internal analysis
  • Upload creatives and generate tags in DoubleClick Campaign Manager
  • Provide ad specs, campaign requirements, and ad previews to clients prior to campaign launch
  • Provide ongoing trafficking support during campaigns (clickthrough updates, creative swaps, new tag production, QA)
  • Pull reports and review data to ensure campaigns are tracking properly
  • Provide support in strategic campaign/creative optimization and analysis
  • Troubleshoot technical/tracking issues
  • Track team deadlines across all campaigns and clients

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • Experience in Advertising Operations a plus
  • Experience with DoubleClick Campaign Manager a plus
  • Understanding of advertising analytics measurements
  • Experience with multi-tasking and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and actively participate in internal collaboration
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial to being successful in this role
