The account coordinator role at FiveFifty sits at our headquarters in Denver’s vibrant RiNo neighborhood, conveniently located near the downtown/LoDo area. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Manager and Account Director.

• Support and report directly to the Account Director
• Assist Account Manager and Account Director with day-to-day client communications
• Manage day-to-day communications for some small accounts while building and nurturing client relationships
• Take notes during client meetings/calls and provide recaps internally
• Assist Account Manager and Account Director with campaign reporting:
o Pull data, gather optimizations, and prepare weekly/monthly campaign reports; provide initial analysis of data
o Pull data, gather optimizations and prepare end-of-campaign wrap-up reports
o Regular check-ins and QA of data in client-facing reporting platform
o Data maintenance in reporting platform
• Assist Account Manager and Account Director in scheduling and maintenance of client meetings
• Manage client invoicing schedules
• Assist Account Manager, Account Director, and Senior Project Manager in onboarding new clients and new campaigns
• Participate and provide support in strategic campaign planning
• Support Media Director with research and preparation of campaign recommendations/presentations
• Support Account Management, Project Management, and Traffic departments with administrative duties


• A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Experience in Advertising and/or Account Management a plus
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel a plus
• A team player who enjoys collaboration
• Experience with multi-tasking and time management
• Excellent interpersonal/verbal, written, and communication skills
• Attention to detail, especially with data and math
• Organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and actively participate in internal collaboration
